This happened to me tonight. Sorcerer with the Eldritch Blast cantrip. Eldritch Blast had disappeared from my hotbar and also my spellbook but it was there if I went into the Cantrips section of the hotbar. I found it in the spellbook by using the Search tool within the spellbook and was then able to drag it back onto the hotbar where it belonged.Hotbar bug & missing feats/reactions.
